How do I know the status of my withdraw request?

Withdraws from your account balance takes up to 5 business days to process (excludes weekends) but often times much sooner. To view what each status means read more below.

  • Pending Status - Your request has been received and is being reviewed
  • Completed - Your payout request has been completed and sent to your payout account information listed on your account
  • Denied - Your payout amount was denied

Many factors can be associated with the Denied payment status, you did not have enough to request that amount, your payout account was not valid or you still owe fees and therefore, the amount you requested could not be processed.

Please remember to set your payout account: Seller Dashboard > Payouts > Set your payout account email. All payouts are paid using paypal only.
