Handmade Guild is USA based business but that's doesn't mean you can only ship within the USA. That choice is yours. Remember to input shipping options that cater to the other countries, states, cities you will deliver to and account for all overseas shipping charges, VAT and other fees associated with shipping from outside the US to the US and shipping from the US to outside the US.
If you are shipping outside your residing country, remember to include in the price VAT, Customs and any other fees associated into your shipping charges. Be sure to let customers know in additional information or product description that customs, etc. charges are included in the shipping price.
