Sellers/Vendors

Are there any other fees besides the membership plan?

Handmade Guild has a free plan and then a HMG Plus plan with added benefits to get your products seen. We also, currently charge a $.25 cent listing fee for every product you list and then a 10% commission on the product price you enter when it sells. (You will see your total earning after putting in your price for your product). We do not charge a commission on your shipping or gift wrapping charges. We also charge a $.25 relisting fee if you decide to re-add a current product or change the stock quantity.

How does the listing fee work?

Your balance shows how much you have available for withdraw (if any), for example: You list 5 products and the listing fee is $1.25 for all 5, you currently do not have any money in your balance so your account is now -$1.25, if you make a sale and you earned $20 (after commission fees) your balance will be $18.75 because you owe $1.25.

If you have a positive balance in your account of let's say $50 and you list 5 products @ $.25cents each ($1.25) your balance will now be $48.75, you can view these charges inside your seller dashboard.

If you have a negative balance and you have NOT made a sale, Handmade Guild will invoice you for the amount owed if over $10, if under $10 and you wish to pay your balance to bring it to $0, you can contact support or open a ticket (button is below) and we will send you a paypal invoice.
